Natalie Bourne (APD), Founder and Head Dietitian

Natalie is a highly experienced Sports and Clinical Dietitian whose career spans both paediatric and adult nutrition. She currently works as a Sports Dietitian at the New South Wales Institute of Sport, supporting high-performance athletes as they prepare to compete on the world stage, including at major international competitions and the Olympic Games. Throughout her career, she has also had the privilege of supporting athletes who have achieved gold-medal success at the 2026 Commonwealth Games, supporting Wales Netball through the 2022 Commonwealth Games and 2023 World Cup, amongst other exciting achievements!

Alongside her work in high-performance sport, Natalie works privately with recreational through to elite athletes across a wide variety of sports and age groups. She is passionate about helping people understand how nutrition can support their health, training and performance, providing practical strategies that fit into their everyday lives.

Natalie also loves delivering workshops, presentations and educational talks on a range of nutrition topics. She has a particular interest in female athlete health and youth sports nutrition and especially enjoys working with schools, sporting organisations and athlete development programs.

Outside of work, Natalie is a former gymnast who still loves being active. You’ll usually find her playing netball, training in the gym, running or heading outdoors for a hike. Her own love of sport helps her understand both the challenges and enjoyment that come with training, performing and pursuing meaningful goals.
